The system includes at least one antenna array unit, and the antenna array unit includes an initial unit and multiple amplifying units which are stimulated to emit. The initial unit includes a first dielectric substrate and a first surface structure, the first surface structure is connected to a surface of the first dielectric substrate, and the first surface structure includes a first boat-shaped monopole antenna, a first switching transistor, a base bias network and a first direct current bias network. The amplifying unit includes a second dielectric substrate and a second surface structure, and the second surface structure is connected to a surface of the second dielectric substrate. The second surface structure includes a second boat-shaped monopole antenna, a second switching transistor, a first resistor and a second direct current bias network.
