The signal transmission apparatus includes a first wireless transmission component, the first wireless transmission component includes a first antenna and a second antenna; wherein the first antenna is a loop antenna, and the first antenna is disposed on a gantry in the radiation equipment and is rotatable synchronously with the gantry; and the second antenna is disposed separately from the gantry and is wirelessly connected to the first antenna.
