Each of the plurality of light-emitting diodes includes a first electrode, a second electrode facing the first electrode, and an emission layer disposed between the first electrode and the second electrode, and the photodetector diode includes a third electrode, a fourth electrode facing the third electrode, an active layer disposed between the third electrode and the fourth electrode, and a color filter layer disposed between the fourth electrode and the active layer.
