The first layer is a polylactic acid layer that can be reinforced with a reinforcing component, such as glass fibers. The second layer is an aluminum layer, and can include at least 50% recycled aluminum. The outer surface of the first layer may be provided with a graphene-containing coating that can help improve thermal management.
