A first input terminal and a second input terminal of the operational amplifier circuit receive a differential signal, a third input terminal receives a reference voltage, and the operational amplifier circuit compares the differential signal with the reference voltage to generate an output signal. The voltage offset adjustment circuit is coupled to the third input terminal of the operational amplifier circuit, and provides an offset voltage to adjust the reference voltage.
