In some aspects, a transmitter user equipment (UE) may obtain timing information that indicates an expiration time for transmitting a plurality of packets to a receiver UE. The transmitter UE may transmit a sidelink communication to the receiver UE, in accordance with the timing information, that includes at least one packet of the plurality of packets.
