The external connection terminal has a contacted portion that extends in a direction perpendicular to the axial direction and abuts against the contact portion of the coil terminal in the axial direction. A terminal holding portion holds the coil terminal so as to be relatively movable in the directions of approaching and separating from the contacted portion.
