Aromatic amine derivatives and organic electroluminescent elements using same
Abstract:
An OLED material may reduce the driving voltage of an OLED and/or increase the device lifetime compared to conventional OLED materials, specifically an aromatic amine, N(Ara)(Arb)(Arc), wherein Ara is of formula (II) La being a single bond or arylene, R1 to R4 being alkyl, aryl, etc., R3 and R4 optionally being bonded to form a ring, o being 0 to 3, and p being 0 to 4, wherein Arb is of formula (III) and Arc is aryl or of formula (III) X is NRa, O, or S, and Ra and R5 to R7 being alkyl, aryl, etc., R5's, R6's, or R7's adjacent to each other, or R5 and R6 optionally being bonded to form a ring, n being 2 to 4 when X is NRa, and 0 to 4 when X is O or S, q is 0 to 3, r and s are independently 0 to 4.
