The charge/discharge control section controls the period in which the prescribed index value of each storage battery changes to a prescribed value by degradation accompanying charging and discharging of the storage battery, by performing control relating to at least one of the charge amount or the charge/discharge speed in charging and discharging of the storage battery based on the monitoring results of the monitoring section.
