In one aspect, a wireless communication method is provided to include: performing, by a first device, a first communication of a resource pre-occupation information (RPI) with a second device using a dedicated resource pre-occupied channel or control channel, and wherein when a pre-occupied resource is transmitted at a time ‘n,’ the first communication is performed i) before a time ‘n-X,’ wherein X is an integer not less than 0, or ii) during a time window ending before the time ‘n.’
