The formwork panel may be substantially planar to be in a plane substantially perpendicular to a travel surface formed by upper surfaces of the concrete bodies. The formwork panel may be extruded and may have at least one internal void to facilitate sacrificial compression of the formwork panel on expansion of the concrete bodies.
