Each of the plurality of coupling portions couples the annular portion and a first core portion of each of the plurality of core portions to each other. Each of the plurality of coupling portions has at least one coupling path. A sum of a width of a portion having the smallest width in at least one coupling path is smaller than a length of a joining boundary between the annular portion and each of the plurality of coupling portions.
