The insulating housing includes a body portion and a locking portion located on one side of the body portion. The unlocking mechanism cooperates with the locking portion and is configured to drive the first end portion to move in a first direction and drive the second end portion to move in a second direction. The present disclosure also provides a cable connector assembly. By providing the unlocking mechanism matched with the insulating housing, it facilitates the unlocking between the cable connector and the mating connector.
