The common electrode which is connected to the auxiliary electrode includes in order in a direction away from the first functional layer, a first layer including a transparent conductive material and having a thickness of about 500 angstroms to about 6000 angstroms, and a second layer including a conductive material and having a thickness of about 10 angstroms to about 100 angstroms.
