Abstract:
The UE may perform a measurement of downlink reference signals from a serving cell and at least one neighbor cell and skip one or more RRM measurements based on a comparison of the measurement for at least one round of measurements and a threshold value. The measurement of the downlink reference signals may include a measurement of a Doppler shift, a measurement of a positioning reference signal, or a measurement of a reception timing drift based on the downlink reference signals.
