The processor may be configured to receive a body sensor output associated with an occupant of a vehicle, receive a vehicle sensor output associated with the vehicle, compare the body and vehicle sensor outputs with a threshold, prompt for a confirmation associated with at least one of the body and vehicle sensor outputs, determine an issue type based on at least one of the body and vehicle sensor outputs, and send a notification including the issue type.
