The system determines a second category associated with the issue. The system determines that the first category and the second category match. Upon determining that the first category and the second category match, the system determines a second resource capable of fixing the issue among the multiple resources capable of fixing the issue. The system assigns the issue to the second resource capable of fixing the issue.
