The display panel includes: a pixel circuit and a light-emitting element; the pixel circuit includes a driving transistor, a light-emitting control transistor and an initialization transistor; the driving transistor is configured to provide a driving current for the light-emitting element; the light-emitting control transistor is configured to selectively allow the light-emitting element to enter a light-emitting stage; the initialization transistor is configured to provide an initialization signal for the light-emitting element; wherein one of the light-emitting control transistor and the initialization transistor is a PMOS transistor, and the other is an NMOS transistor, a gate of the light-emitting control transistor receives a light-emitting control signal, and a gate electrode of the initialization transistor receives the initialization signal; wherein the light-emitting control signal and the initialization signal are the same signal.
