In certain embodiments, the housing portion may be selectively disconnected from the base portion. The light emitting apparatus may comprise at least one LED operably engaged with at least one LED driver to have a variable lumen output. In accordance with certain embodiments, the housing portion comprises at least one lens portion configured to enable one or more interchangeable/modifiable beam spread optics.
