A plurality of pixel electrodes, a common electrode, the plurality of auxiliary electrodes, and portions of a plurality of signal lines that are present in the active region are made of a transparent electroconductive material. The auxiliary electrodes are electrically connected to one of two pixel electrodes of the two pixels.
