The configured resource may be semi-static insofar as it may occur grant-free instead of being scheduled, but the configuration for using the semi-static resource, as well as the resource itself, may change as changes occur to members of a sidelink group of which the user equipment is a member. A sidelink search space may be used to indicate, with an SCI, traffic destined to a member in the configured grant-free resource.
