Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive multiple reference signals (RSs). The UE may measure the multiple RSs to generate measurements for the multiple RSs. The UE may encode the measurements using a machine learning model to generate codewords representing a quantized version of the measurements. The UE may transmit the codewords.
