Disclosed herein is a network management apparatus, comprising: a configuration information storage unit configured to store configuration information on devices and/or functions that constitute a virtualized environment of a network; a property information acquisition unit configured to acquire information associated with devices and/or functions to which a workaround for a specific problem is to be applied as property information of the workaround; an application target extraction unit configured to extract devices and/or functions serving as an application target of the workaround by referring to the configuration information stored by the configuration information storage unit based on the property information acquired by the property information acquisition unit; and an execution request unit configured to request to execute the workaround with respect to the application target extracted by the application target extraction unit.
