The present invention is configured to receive data associated with a virtual resource token owned by a user; determine a resource value of the virtual resource token; generate a virtual resource transfer device associated with the virtual resource token; and generate, based on the resource value of the virtual resource token, a resource transfer availability of the virtual resource transfer device.
