In order to simplify the use of the device, which is readily transportable and can be used without special knowledge of the treatment, it is provided that the housing has a base housing element and a top housing element wherein the top housing element is pivotally connected to the base housing element so that the device can be brought from a collapsed transporting state to an opened operating state.
