A plurality of inorganic nanoparticles are doped in the organic light-transmissive thin films. The inorganic nanoparticles at a side of the organic light-transmissive thin films away from the display device protrude from a surface of the organic light-transmissive thin films to form a plurality of nano moth-eye structures.
