The wearable device includes a transparent member for transferring, to a user, external light passing through a first surface and a second surface that is opposite to the first surface, a transparent substrate, within the transparent member, arranged between the first surface and the second surface, a first conductive pattern arranged on one surface of the transparent substrate facing the first surface, and a second conductive pattern arranged on another surface of the transparent substrate facing the second surface, and electrically disconnected from the first conductive pattern. The first conductive pattern includes first wires which extend in a first direction and are parallel to each other, and second wires which extend in a second direction that is different from the first direction, and are parallel to each other, and is covered by the second conductive pattern when the transparent substrate is viewed.
