Abstract:
It is a known fact that when fine water having a particle size of 50 nanometers or less enters the horny layer of the skin, the fine water softens the skin and expands gaps in the horny layer. Therefore, when being used for perfumes or cosmetics, skin external preparations, or the like, lipid membrane vesicles containing the fine water are allowed to easily enter the horny layer.
