The plurality of metal plates in the layered body include m metal plates whose lengthwise directions form the same angle with a rolling direction thereof, and n metal plates whose lengthwise directions form the same angle with the rolling direction. The angle formed between the lengthwise direction of the m metal plates and the rolling direction is different from the angle formed between the lengthwise direction of the n metal plates and the rolling direction.
