A location of a bump electrode of the first semiconductor chip provided on one end in the first direction, the bump electrode being connected to the first power source wiring layer, is different from a location of a bump electrode of the first semiconductor chip provided on the other end in the first direction, the bump electrode thereof being connected to the first power source wiring layer.
