The peripheral circuit wiring has overlapping portions that overlap vertical conduction terminals in plan view. The overlapping portions are arranged on a lower layer side relative to the vertical conduction terminals. An insulating film electrically insulates the overlapping portions of the peripheral circuit wiring from the vertical conduction terminals.
