The shutter member (30) comprises releasing means (40) with which a coin (C) inserted from a coin insertion opening (10) comes in contact. When the coin (C) is in contact with the releasing means (40), the shutter member (30) is released from the hold of the holding means (56) and becomes openable/closable.
