The air freshener can be light transmissive in at least a translucent manner, and can have indicia visible therethrough. In addition, the air freshener can have a light source capable of emitting light visible through the body. A vehicle accessory power plug can be coupled to the light source, and sized and shaped to be inserted into a vehicle accessory power socket.
