A nonvolatile latch circuit that exhibits improved the performance of a system is presented. The nonvolatile latch circuit is capable of storing all kinds of the states generated during the operation of the system as non-volatility information. The nonvolatile latch circuit is capable of restoring the previous state where of power is unexpectedly interrupted when the system is re-booting.
