The band main body includes a plurality of first portions where the plurality of through-holes are respectively located, and a plurality of second portions located in sections between the plurality of through-holes. The cross sectional area of the plurality of first portions taken along a width direction of the band main body and the cross sectional area of the plurality of second portions taken along a width direction of the band main body are equal to each other.
