The terminal includes: a storage for storing a pre-established authentication number; a keypad for receiving a mobile commerce request and an authentication number; a controller for requesting authentication for the mobile commerce to an authenticator in response to the mobile commerce request, analyzing an authentication response message from the authenticator; and the authenticator for authenticating the mobile commerce; an RF antenna for transmitting/receiving an RF signal for a function of the mobile commerce under the control of the controller; and a display for displaying the mobile commerce process.
