The liquid crystal display may include a display panel having a liquid crystal layer interposed between a first substrate and a second substrate, and a bezel having a lower surface, sidewalls formed perpendicularly to the lower surface, and sub-sidewalls adjacent to the sidewalls. The display panel may be received in the bezel so that the first substrate may correspond to the lower surface, and side surfaces of the first substrate may correspond to the sidewalls.
