The balance member has an axle thereof defines a first end and a second end opposite to the first end. Additionally, the axle is folded with a first angle and elongated from the first end to form a first side, and folded with a second angle and elongated from the second end to form a second side. The axle is mounted in the at least one mounting portion. Particularly, the second angle is between 30° and 60°.
