An browser AJAX engine executes the update commands, intercepts script calls to the server, converts the calls to HTTP requests, receives XML data from the server, and delivers corresponding web page and cascading style sheets to the browser for display and interpretation, using a background channel asynchronous connection to send a non-cacheable error message to an error processing server.
