Owing to an impact force applied to a lens frame, the lens holding frame and the support member are able to relatively move in an axial direction of the shaft to come in face contact with each other. At least a part of regions of the lens holding frame and the support member which come in face contact with each other are slant surfaces with respect to the shaft.Otherwise, the regions of the lens holding frame and the support member which come in face contact with each other can be a pair of a concave surfaces and a convex surface (a wedge surface, a curved surface, a conical surface or the like) substantially parallel to each other.
