The drive control section performs a process including: determining whether or not replacement management information including a replacement physical address is found in the replacement management information list, the replacement physical address matching the physical address corresponding to the logical address included in the recording instruction, when the replacement management information is not found, as a first time pseudo-overwrite recording for a location indicated by the physical address corresponding to the logical address included in the recording instruction, performing a process; and when the replacement management information is found, as a second time or more pseudo-overwrite recording for a location indicated by the physical address corresponding to the logical address included in the recording instruction, performing a process.
