The frame is disposed for mounting a motherboard, an optical disk drive, and a power supply, and includes two first housing panels and two second housing panels that are connected pivotally and surroundingly as a whole. The frame is foldable into a folded state, where the first and second housing panels are turned pivotally to be proximate to each other so as to reduce the size of the frame, as well as the space and material required for packaging the frame, thereby saving costs of transport and packaging material.
