The yoke has an almost disc shape and has collars protruding radially outwardly from the outer peripheral surface thereof. The collars are formed to be separated in at least two locations in a substantially peripheral direction, and non-protruding portions having radially outward projection amounts of zero or up to 50% of the maximum projection amount at the collars are provided between respective collars.
