In the broadcast information receiving terminal which reproduces a TV number or the like, an at-reception-recovery-time processing preprogramming control section (3) determines, when a reception of a desired broadcast program which was determined as unreceivable has been recovered, whether or not to notify the user that the reception of the broadcast program has been recovered. An at-reception-recovery-time processing section (7) notifies the user that the reception of the desired broadcast information has been recovered.
