In the liquid supply flow paths that supply ink to ink supply ports of the recording element substrates arranged in one row, the inclined walls extend in a first direction along a direction of arrangement of the recording element substrates with respect to the vertical walls. In the liquid supply flow paths that supply the liquid to the liquid supply ports of the respective recording element substrates arranged in another row that is adjacent to the one row, the inclined walls extend in a second direction, which is opposite to the first direction, with respect to the vertical walls.
