The article, at least in part of the chassis region, has a outer coversheet in the form of an elastic laminate having puncture resistance of at least 15N, wherein the laminate includes first and second layers of fibrous material and an elastic film layer located between the first and second fibrous layers and in which at least one of the layers of fibrous material has an elongation at maximum load greater than the elasticity of the elastic laminate.
