The collector plate includes a main body. One or more convex parts, each having a top extending linearly, are formed on a main surface of the main body by bending processing. A part of at least one of the convex part is cut out to form a cutout region. The collector plate is welded to the end part of the electrode assembly at the top of each convex part.
