The information processing apparatus includes a storage unit that stores a service information group including the service information, transaction information relating to the electronic transaction, and user information relating to the user; a service information selector that selects the service information to be transmitted to the user from the service information group based on the transaction information and the user information; and a destination address selector that selects, from a plurality of destination addresses associated with the user, a destination address to which the service information selected by the service information selector is to be distributed.
