The first internal electrode faces a first end of the isolated electrode with a ceramic layer therebetween. The second internal electrode faces a second end of the isolated electrode with a ceramic layer therebetween. When viewed in plan from the z-axis direction, the width of the isolated electrode in the y-axis direction decreases in the direction from the first end to the second end of the isolated electrode.
