When image data is obtained, the electronic apparatus memorizes, in addition to the image data and a filename thereof, a dimension of an image represented by the image data and a type of the image data as an attribute thereof. The electronic apparatus also creates from the image data and memorizes image data representing a thumbnail image, and displays the thumbnail images arranged in a list view so that a content of the image represented by the image data is easily recognized. It is also possible to provide the thumbnail image data representing a 3D image.
